Recent successful results our firm has achieved include the Memorandum of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in Maruti.com v. Maruti Udyog Limited, No.L03-1478, where the Court held that the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act does not apply
to alleged trademark rights where the claimed trademark is not entitled to protection under the United States Lanham Act.
The court ruled that where the defendant's alleged trademark was not entitled to protection under the ACPA where the defendant did not offer
any goods or services in the United States.
